We built an Odoo ERP integration around the client’s manufacturing kits (bills of materials), connecting sales and CRM with payment processing.
A franchise print shop acquiring a second location
The acquired shop’s email and phones had to come under the owner’s control. We secured the acquired location’s cloud email accounts, consolidated both shops onto one cloud phone system, and designed a three-layer AI plan: an internal assistant, a knowledge base and an intake agent for customer service. Do you support manufacturers and print shops, or only offices?
Both. We support the office and the floor as one environment, including the network, workstations, printers, phones, cameras, software and backups.
We have more than one plant or shop. Can you run them as one network?
Yes. We plan the network, Wi-Fi, cameras and door access across locations so credentials and support are consistent, as we did for a two-location operator.
How do you help when we acquire another shop or open a new location?
We coordinate with the seller, franchisor and carriers, bring the new site’s email, phones and accounts under your control, and plan how both locations will run on the same systems.
Can our ERP connect with our sales, CRM and payment systems?
Often, depending on what the software allows. For one client we built an Odoo ERP integration around manufacturing kits that connected sales and CRM with payment processing.
How do you protect a manufacturer from ransomware?
With layered protection: endpoint detection and response, email security, multi-factor authentication, patching and managed backups with restore testing. No one can promise a breach won’t happen, but these steps reduce the common attack paths and make recovery realistic.
Can you manage the tablets and phones our shop-floor staff use?
