The challenge
A Charlotte law firm worked from a remote server and virtual desktop environment run by another provider. They wanted their files in cloud file storage without disrupting active work during the move.
Our approach
We ran incremental syncs while staff kept using the old environment, and confirmed the cloud and remote-server versions matched at a checkpoint. We set up PCs, mapped the cloud file library in File Explorer so it felt familiar, ran a staff tutorial, coordinated the cutover with the outgoing provider, handled scanning dependencies, and advised on individual accounts versus shared mailboxes.
